When reporting a problem with a specific service, it helps enormously if you include your device, app and roughly when the issue happens (for example, "buffering on Firestick during evening live sport") — that detail makes it much faster for us to reproduce and verify.

A note on what we can't do

We're an independent review site, not an IPTV provider, so we can't access your subscription, process refunds or fix account issues — those have to go through the provider's own support. But if a provider's support is failing you, that's exactly the kind of thing we want to know about.
