IPTV VOD Not Loading — How to Fix
VOD library failures in TiviMate or Smarters are usually XMLTV, Xtream Codes, or app cache issues.
Symptoms

- Movies load but TV series don't

Likely Causes
- Provider doesn't include VOD with M3U
- Xtream Codes VOD endpoint missing
- App cache corrupted
- VOD list too large (50K+ titles)
Step-by-Step Fixes
- Switch from M3U to Xtream Codes
M3U often has only live channels. Xtream Codes provides full live + VOD + series structure.
- Force refresh in app
TiviMate: Settings > Playlists > Update. IPTV Smarters: Settings > Refresh.
- Verify provider includes VOD
Some budget providers don't bundle VOD. Check subscription tier.
- Clear app cache + data
Last resort: clear all app data, re-add credentials.
